A deeper dive into all things peri-post menopause. This is a 3 hour workshop to explore the experiences of perimenopause and menopause in a safe space and the company of other women experiencing this life transition. In this workshop we will focus specifically on how we can keep ourselves strong, empowered and supported during this transition. We will also practice yoga, and share our experiences, over tea.
