The importance of balance
Born and bred in Hastings on the East Sussex coast, having always lived by the sea I cannot imagine living away from it for too long. I love how the sea reflects the scale of human emotions; some days perfectly calm, flat, inviting, beautifully reflecting the light of the sun or the moon, and on others, raging, wild and unpredictable! Nevertheless, it always has the ability to fill me with awe and inspiration and remind me of the importance of balance.
In a world that appears unbalanced, it feels more important than ever for us to connect more deeply to something beyond all the noise of the external world; the inner world.
Whether it’s a flow class, gentle or dynamic, or a deeply relaxing restorative class or retreat, there will be something on offer to help you restore balance where it is needed.

This is a word that consistently inspires my teaching.

To bring balance to our bodies; where there is discomfort or tightness bring ease and openness, our minds; where there is overwhelm and excess stimulation bring calm and peace.

I completed my training in multi-style Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga in India in 2017 and went on to take part in various CPD trainings.
In 2019 I became an accredited Acroyoga instructor with Acroyoga Dance.
More recently I completed a 2 year yoga therapy diploma in 2022 with Yoga Campus in London, which informs my classes as well as 1:1 and group therapy.
And most recently a menopause yoga training with Petra Coveney.
