Aimed at mobilising the joints to ease stiffness and increase flexibility, aiding daily functional movements to avoid injuries, and improving breathing capacity to increase general well-being to help you deal with whatever life throws at you. This course aims to leave you with greater awareness of your body and how you can increase mobility and alleviate tension, a greater understanding of yoga, some of the foundational poses and practices and how they can support you, and hopefully with more ease in both body and mind! Consecutive Wednesdays 5-6pm. Course dates: 29th Oct 7th Jan Attendance to all sessions recommended but if you need to miss one do contact me. Refunds will not be given for missed sessions.
