This retreat will dive into Ayurvedic principles and how to find and maintain balance as we head into the autumn season. You will be lead by myself, Karen Simnett, a Yoga Teacher & Yoga Therapist, Dorin Varza, a Naturopath/Nutritionist, and cooked for by Kasia Hamilton, an Ayurvedic Retreat Chef.
