How does yoga therapy work?

In the form of one to one sessions to co-create a custom practice for your specific needs.

An initial 90 minute session to gather more information and see where you are at, and to see how yoga therapy fits for you going forward. If you’re happy to go ahead I would normally see you for at least another 4-5 follow up sessions (60 mins) so we can monitor progress and amend your practice as appropriate.

Yoga therapy is a collaborative effort; you will be given a home practice which you will do at a time and duration that feels appropriate and realistic for you.
